En Route To A 'Newer' Me

I got a new road map, new route and new direction with a greater destination. A lot people don't understand this "JOURNEY" unless they're traveling that road themselves. Many said this "JOURNEY" would be a lonely ride ...but I'm not phased one bit because what was once then is NO LONGER NO MORE!  This continued journey of personal and spiritual growth is not an easy one and definitely takes a lot of self- discipline with worldly temptations of life surrounding me and pulling and tugging at me in every corner, but to know that I have these nails to hold me in place along this journey makes it that much more gratifying. I may lose some friends along this journey or even gain some new profound ones but that's small on the scale to something that is so much more rewarding to me. For me to get 'back' to this point, yes I strayed and back slid because I'm human, I had to stop looking at the outside picture and take a deeper look down inside of MYSELF to see the bigger picture of spiritual growth and maturity. I have already establish that I'm here for a reason, and I have a purpose seen fit, my steps have already been ordered before my creation so it's up to me to walk in alignment with those steps day to day. This is not just a spiritual growth alone but a personal growth as well, en route to a new destination. It will not happen overnight, nor will it happen in a matter of days, weeks, even months, but day to day and week to week progression will help let go and eliminate one thing after another. Time to manifest my destiny!
